How do I know if my order was placed successfully?

If you have received an order confirmation email or text from us, your order was placed successfully.

Why I can't receive my order confirmation email?

If your registered email address is a Hotmail account or iCloud account, the order confirmation email may fall into your Spams / Junk folder. If you still cannot find your order confirmation email, please email us at techneultra@gmail.com and we will help you!

Can I modify or cancel my order?

If you've placed an order online please make sure to review your order carefully. If you find any errors, please contact us immediately. Due to our automated system, orders are automatically submitted to our fulfillment department as soon as they are submitted online. Once your order has been fulfilled, we are NOT able to modify it. If you still need to modify or cancel the order, then our warehouse needs to resend the parcel, thus there will be an extra shipping fee.
